Long prompts causing excessive row height in alerts table #249

Describe the issue
See video; I was using my laptop screen today and noticed how squeezed the event column gets when horizontal space is limited - in the video I at first had the Arc sidebar on, but even turning it off, the rows get quite high. Could we truncate the event?

Steps to Reproduce
Shrink the horizontal space available to the dashboard. Last part of video, my browser was full screen on a 14" MacBook.
