Native stdin as bytes

  • Native commands get piped stdin as raw bytes (no added \r\n per record, binary input intact) via the new ConvertTo-BashNativeStdin step; cat feeds natives the same way.

Fixes

  • mv/cp replacing an in-use destination never deletes its own source when it is named like a leftover (.name.psbash-replaced-*).
  • A copy that fails part-way restores the original destination instead of losing it.
  • A pattern with thousands of nested extglob groups is a clean error, not a host-killing stack overflow.
  • source of a file named Invoke-BashSource.sh works; sourcing an empty file sets $? to 0 as bash does.
