Hmm yeah maybe we should totally take out the constructor options and just document the CLI flags and command separately. We can leave the js api options in spike-core

I still want to document the app.js options in spike (as opposed to just spike-core) because this is going to be the entry point for 99% of people – and we'll be best served if it's a 1-stop-shop to create and configure a new project.

I would actually lean towards removing root and env from this "app.js" section, because it's not pertinent.
