Loader

only show 'records' when using B-DOS
B-DOS record names shown with 16 characters (was: 10)
SAMDOS supported again (so drive 2 can be used)

Tracker

all instruments above 0x0f were shown as 0x10
periods above 0x0ff were shown incorrectly
