OpenPanel Community Support

OpenPanel Community was previously a community-driven forum where Community Edition users could report issues, start discussions, share feedback, and get support.

Due to the lack of activity and the challenges of maintaining a separate forum, we have replaced it with GitHub Discussions.

OpenPanel already uses GitHub for its entire development workflow, including source code, versioning, releases, updates, Docker images, and the website. It therefore makes sense to bring bug reports, discussions, and community support to the same platform.

Community Edition

If you are using the Community Edition, please use the following channels:

• 🐛 Report a bug: If you can reproduce the issue on a new installation, user account or domain, open a GitHub Issue.
• 💡 Feature requests and questions: For new feature requests, discussions, or questions, start a GitHub Discussion.
• 🔐 Security issues: For security vulnerabilities, please use GitHub's "Report a vulnerability" feature.
• 💬 Everything else: If your request doesn't fit into the categories above, join us on Discord or contact us by email.

Enterprise Edition

If you are using the Enterprise Edition, please open a support ticket instead. Enterprise customers receive support directly through our support system.
