Bug Fix

  • fix: resolve identity-bundled plugin manifests before built-in registry — resolvePlugin() checked the built-in PLUGIN_MANIFEST_REGISTRY before identity-bundled manifests, so user overrides (e.g. adding an onboard hook to a built-in plugin like slack) were silently ignored. Local/identity overrides now take precedence over built-in defaults.
