Fixed

• run no longer claims that check saves nothing. Its welcome panel read
  "Nothing is saved", while check records the score and says so
  (check_result_saved). A learner who trusted the panel was wrong about their
  own progress. Reported in #333, found while documenting the CLI for the
  course.

• The demo lab and hint now say the same thing. The lab's brief promised
  that hint announces its cost beforehand; the code records the cost, then
  prints the hint. The text is corrected rather than the behaviour: adding a
  confirmation would change the CLI for every caller, which is beyond an issue
  about messages, and asking for a hint is paying for it.

• No French string carries an em dash any more. Twenty-six did, and the
  site's style forbids it: a CLI output pasted into a page failed its
  proofreading check. Each one was replaced according to the dash's role, a
  colon where it introduced an explanation, a comma or a full stop elsewhere,
  never mechanically.

• hint_label is translated. The French file displayed
  💡 Hint {index}/{total}.

Removed

• next_no_context, a dead string. It was called nowhere, and that is
  deliberate: next had its context guard removed on purpose, since without a
  context it proposes the first unfinished lab. The string had no use left to
  recover.
