• Fixed: Combat tracker avatars appearing 10x larger
• Removed: All global CSS from minimal-ui-fix.css
• Added: Proper CSS scoping under .reskinner-app
• Improved: CSS architecture with design tokens
• Compatible: No conflicts with other Foundry modules

The reskinner now properly contains all its styles to prevent interference with other Foundry VTT UI components.
