[New] Added optional Authorization: Bearer licence-key transport for dynamic metadata requests.
Notes: Backward Compatibility for key based query params will continue for sometime, all compatibility plugins will be updated to become bearer first integration's this is safer and less likely to be logged by servers and keeps licence keys out of logs
It is intended to be the only change in 2.2 so release cycle is expected to be just a week or so to allow testing and compatibility plugin updates.
