Independent DSH database connection and metadata plugin / 独立数据库连接与元数据插件。

• Oracle Thick/Thin, Service/SID; Oracle 11.2 target with Client 19 and python-oracledb 3.4.2.
• Windows DPAPI credentials, per-connection assistant metadata opt-in, bounded cancellable workers.
• English/Chinese database panel and offline driver preparation scripts.

Installation / 安装

Download dsh-db-connect-0.1.0.tgz and verify it against SHA256SUMS.txt. Install the archive using its absolute local path in the DSH plugin manager. Prepare Python and required database drivers separately; set the interpreter in Databases → Runtime.

下载插件包并核对 SHA-256，通过 DSH 插件管理器的本地包入口安装；单独准备 Python 和所需数据库驱动，在「数据库 → 运行环境」设置解释器。

DSH API baseline: 0.2.1-rc.3; declared range >=0.2.1-rc.3 <0.3.0. Node >=22.19.0.

Verification / 验证

2026-11-01: 24 Node tests (0 skipped) and 18 Python tests passed, including real temporary SQLite and Windows DPAPI. DSH tool-contract checks were previously performed on 2026-10-31.

This release manages connections and metadata only; no arbitrary SQL, business row queries, Catalog or BI functionality. Real Oracle/remote database connectivity, installed GUI behavior and full offline driver installation remain unverified. Native clients and Python wheels are not included.

本版仅提供连接与元数据功能；不执行任意 SQL，不含 Catalog 或问数。尚未完成真实 Oracle/远程数据库、安装后 GUI 和完整离线驱动安装验收。原生客户端与 Python wheels 不随包分发。
