New Features

Agent Input Overlay

  • Chat with AI agents without leaving the terminal — Press Cmd+I (Ctrl+I on Windows/Linux) to open an input overlay right on top of your terminal
  • @ mention files — Type @ to search and attach project files to your message, with fuzzy search and keyboard navigation
  • Drag, drop, and paste — Attach files by dragging them onto the overlay, or paste images directly from your clipboard
  • Formatting toolbar — Bold, italic, inline code, and code block buttons with keyboard shortcuts (Cmd+B, Cmd+I, Cmd+`)
  • Live preview — Toggle a side-by-side markdown preview to see how your message looks before sending
  • Fullscreen mode — Expand the overlay to fill the entire window for longer messages (Cmd+E)
  • Input history — Navigate previous messages with arrow keys

React Component Inspector

  • Inspect React components in the browser — Right-click any element in the embedded browser to see its React component name, file path, and component stack
  • Send component context to AI — Right-click menu includes "Send to AI Terminal" with full React component info attached
  • Component entries in Interaction tab — React component details appear in the browser console with distinct styling

Tmux Auto-Install

  • One-click tmux installation — When tmux isn't installed, a prompt offers to install it automatically with the right command for your platform
  • Live install progress — See real-time installation logs with a scrollable output panel and progress spinner
  • Lib settings tab — Manage system dependencies from Settings, with install status and one-click actions

Improvements

  • Smoother terminal scrolling — Mouse wheel events on the agent input overlay now forward to the terminal, with trackpad delta accumulation for precise scrolling
  • Clickable agent input hint — The Cmd+I hint on AI terminals is now a button you can click, with correct shortcut labels on all platforms
  • Terminal retry button — When a terminal fails to start, a retry button appears and auto-hides once the terminal recovers
  • Browser console padding — The last line in the browser console is now fully visible

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed terminal scroll not working when the agent input overlay was open — mouse wheel now properly scrolls the AI conversation
  • Fixed Send to Terminal dialog not working correctly when sending context to AI agents
  • Fixed terminal grid layout issues when resizing or switching between terminals
