Update react-draggable to a new version to avoid console warning.

Issue: Deprecated lifecycle method warnings #7746

What I did

Updated react-draggable from 3.3.2 to 4.03

How to test

  • Is this testable with Jest or Chromatic screenshots?
  • Does this need a new example in the kitchen sink apps?
  • Does this need an update to the documentation?

If your answer is yes to any of these, please make sure to include it in your PR.

Update `react-draggable` to a new version to avoid console warning.

@slaviczavik can you update the lock file?

@slaviczavik can you update the lock file?

The package-lock.json file is ignored here on GitHub, so I can't.

We use yarn, so it's yarn.lock

Sorry for misunderstanding. yarn.lock was updated.
