Uplink Scripture Block 1.0.0

Initial baseline release of Uplink Scripture Block, powered by Sermon Index.

Includes a Block API v3 Scripture Passage block, a site-wide searchable translation dropdown, shortcodes, a shortcode generator with copy support, and a book abbreviation reference.

Requires WordPress 7.0 or later and PHP 8.3 or later. Plugin metadata follows the Uplink Admin Menu Manager format.

Upload uplink-scripture-block.zip through WordPress Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin. Replace the earlier SermonIndex Scripture Block plugin rather than activating both copies.

Validation: PHP 8.3 syntax and 48 PHP regression checks passed; editor registration and control checks passed.
