BACK-168 Update streamr-ethereum-watcher to not use API keys

Probably something like the following is required:

  • changes to src/informer.js such that it uses Ethereum login instead of API key
  • connecting the corresponding Ethereum key to the devops user in EE database
  • updating production server(s) with new command-line options to pass in the key (or maybe they should get it from the environment? Not 100% sure what the best practice even is for passing keys to processes)
