Javascript Test Suite

The clientside portion of the app is now pretty heavily reliant on javascript for user interaction - some tests should be added. The move to Backbone has been helpful, but some automated tests would be a big help.

I'll be investigating a Mocha/Chai/Sinon testing stack.

I like this combination of Mocha, Chai and Sinon. Mocha focuses on being a test framework and Chai supporting assertions. There are good extensions for Chai towards Backbone and Sinon.

From my point of view sinon has the best faking for XHR.

+1 on using Mocha. Is there anything decided regarding that yet?
