⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• core: avg over a decimal now resolves to a nullable DECIMAL?<38,S>.
• core: plans or extended expressions whose expressions nest deeper than
  100 protobuf levels are now serialized with detached expression subtrees, which
  consumers older than spec v0.105.0 cannot read.
• core: ProtoPlanConverter now rejects a bare-relation PlanRel with
  IllegalArgumentExceptioninstead ofUnsupportedOperationException`.
• core: return type expressions in extension YAMLs are parsed
  with ! binding tighter than AND and OR, and with ? : grouping to
  the right, which changes the result of user-defined expressions that
  relied on the previous binding.
• isthmus: Unsafe array access operators (OFFSET, ORDINAL) now
  fail conversion. Safe accesses such as a[0], negative indexes, NULL
  indexes, and indexes of 2^31 or more now return null; invalid indexes
  are no longer copied or narrowed into a potentially valid list offset.
  SAFE_OFFSET remains zero-based. Callers must handle unsupported unsafe
  operators and remove workarounds that depended on the previous
  invalid-index behavior.
