Fixed

• SumiCAD now starts on PCs without Vulkan (old graphics, virtual machines). Voice typing runs on the processor.
• You stay signed in when two SumiCAD windows are open.

SumiCAD 0.7.2 adds rain and vapour barriers in walls, one price for each thickness, wood siding with stains, printing, renovation phases and much better land outlines. Windows 10 / 11.

Updating from 0.7.1: accept the update in SumiCAD (Help ▸ Check for updates), or run the installer. Files, firm, prices, templates and autosaves stay as they are.

New

• Walls: a breather membrane (透湿防水シート) layer in outside walls, a check for the vapour barrier (防湿気密シート), a one-click add for existing projects, and optional airtight notes on the wall detail.
• Wood siding: wood, board type, stain and Munsell code, with a stain row and its own price in the estimate.
• Prices: one price for each thickness. Specs ▸ Prices shows every price of the project and where it comes from. Duplicate rows are joined and a backup is kept. Catalogs can filter by price set / no price.
• Print: a print dialog, Ctrl+P and many sheets at once.
• Renovation: Before / Demolition / After / Combined views.
• Terrain: import height points from a CSV table.
• Solid railings can be a real wall (plasterboard, cloth or paint), and glass walls have a glass pick in the Info Box.
• Washbasin vanity: brand, series, size and 1 or 2 sinks.
• Long-life housing (長期優良住宅): a checklist, first step.
• IFC: glass walls are in the file.
• Cloud hub: click a project to see its details.

Changed

• Land outlines: your survey always wins. Map outlines are one thin dark grey line, follow your survey by themselves, and never change the land area of a survey. The PC sends about 300 m around the project to the phone map.
• Terrain heights: RTK float and plain GPS heights stay out of the terrain until you accept them.
• Unit baths and showers keep their own door off the door schedule.
• Cloud links: the "PDF downloads" switch is gone. What a link shares can be seen on the share sheet.
• Invitations start on the free Viewer role.

Fixed

• Site plan: the building is easy to select and move.
• Toolbox and menus: no false "not available yet". Wall section, Interior elevation, Finish overrides and the sheet's Toolbox rows now work.
• Wall finish changes show on the plan and on plan sheets.
• Build-up detail fits the view and the wheel zooms. The foundation drawing is easy to read in the dark theme.
• Bracing & structure: a clicked row selects what it is about.
• No false "A newer version exists" after the first upload, and turning on the client portal sends the sheets only once.

RTK board (firmware 0.3.9)

The long-range radio is now the default. Update both boards: a long-range board hears only long-range radio. Range has not had a field test yet.

• 地番図の輪郭： 測量が常に優先です。地図の輪郭は細い濃いグレーの 1 本の線で、測量に自動で合わせ、測量の敷地面積を変えません。PC から物件周辺の約 300 m をスマートフォンの地図へ送ります。
• 地形の高さ： RTK FLOAT と通常の GPS の高さは、承認するまで地形に入りません。
• ユニットバス・シャワー のドアは建具表に載りません。
• クラウドのリンク： 「PDF ダウンロード」のスイッチをなくしました。リンクで共有する内容は共有シートで確認できます。
• 招待 は無料の閲覧者から始まります。

Fixed

• Crash: clicking "Client portal" or another link in the Cloud hub no longer closes the app.
• Crash log: if SumiCAD crashes, it now writes %APPDATA%\SumiCAD\crash.log.
• Share sheet: every row shows a name, open links are no longer listed as people, and Make link reuses the existing link.
• Hot-water panel and towel heaters: the Power (100 V / 200 V) row shows only for an electric type.
• Report a problem and other dialogs: the large empty gap above the buttons is gone.
• File ▸ Recent from cloud now fills up with your cloud projects.
• Firm tab: correct price (¥1,980 / month with 1 editor, + ¥500 for each extra editor, before tax).

Changed

• One set of sheets. The first cloud upload and every cloud save now publish your drawing sheets, whatever the Client portal switch says. Only changed PDFs go up. Price sheets and permit papers are never published. Your office and an active client link see the same sheets. The client gets no message; only "Tell the client" sends one. The switch now controls the 3D model and pictures. To hide the sheets from a client, turn off the client link under Share.
• Braces: a bay of 900 to 2,000 mm between two posts can now take one brace.

New

• First-run tour and a floating tips window for new installs.
• Arrow tool help line mentions Tab for the next overlapping item.

SumiCAD 0.7.0 brings working together through SumiCAD Cloud, glass walls, window glass types, renovation phases,
drawing revisions, land outlines from the registry map, IFC export and safer files. Windows 10 / 11.

Updating from 0.6.12: accept the update in SumiCAD (Help ▸ Check for updates), or run the installer. Files, firm,
prices, templates and autosaves stay as they are. A file saved by 0.7 opens read-only in an older SumiCAD.

New

• Collaboration (SumiCAD Cloud). Share a project with your office and your client: one Share sheet, issues with a
  person and a due date, versions, and "Tell the client" only when you choose.
• Glass walls. Any wall can be a glass wall with mullions, transoms, doors and solid panels; the glass follows a
  sloped or gable top. Structure: no wall bracing in the glass, mullion wind check, header beam over door runs.
• Window glass. Pick frame and glazing for any window and get the official window U; laminated / tempered glass
  and the sound insulation class (T-1 to T-4).
• Renovation phases. Mark elements as existing, new or to demolish; a phase drop-down in the bottom bar shows each
  view, with matching drawing styles and demolition quantities.
• Drawing revisions. Revision clouds with a tag, a revision table on the sheet, and older revisions hidden when
  printing.
• Land outlines. Site ▸ Get land outline reads the parcel and its neighbours from the registry map
  (登記所備付地図データ, all of Japan); exact corner coordinates can be imported and checked.
• 床倍率 check for 耐震等級 2 / 3, and one storey-count rule (令2条1項8号) everywhere.
• Roofs: re-join after edits, Unjoin, 入母屋, a roof standing on a roof, 合掌 / 真束 trusses.
• IFC export (File ▸ Export IFC model) for other BIM programs.
• Report a problem / Suggest a feature in the Help menu.

Safer

• Every file records the SumiCAD version that saved it; a file from a newer version opens read-only.
• Saving can no longer leave a half-written file (temporary file, backup, then replace).
• Security fixes for cloud links, network paths, web links and very large pictures.

SumiCAD 0.6.12 adds a classic 矩計図, computes the U of every build-up, lets you put framing inside a layer, fixes
where the floor sits on the dodai, and installs updates quietly in the background. Windows 10 / 11.
Like 0.6.0 it is Early Access: keep copies of important files; a qualified architect (建築士) checks every result.

Updating from 0.6.11: accept the update in SumiCAD (Help ▸ Check for updates), or run the installer. Files, firm,
prices, templates and autosaves stay as they are. From 0.6.12 on, updates download in the background: choose
"Update now" or "Keep working" (the update then installs when you close SumiCAD).

Check after opening your file: a floor with no joists (根太レス: flooring / plywood on the dodai, insulation between
the 大引) now keeps the foundation, the dodai, the posts and the beams where they were, and puts the plywood on the
dodai. 1FL therefore goes up by the flooring + plywood (39 mm for 15 + 24). Check 1FL and the ceiling heights.

New

• 矩計図 (wall section). Document ▸ Wall section: a cut about 900 mm inside the wall from the footing to the roof,
  with GL, BM heights ("BM not set" in grey), FL, CH, pitch and the junction notes. The window in the cut stays;
  furniture, stairs and railings are not drawn. Rebar is drawn without callouts.
• U values computed from the build-up. Roofs, ceilings, walls and floors use the official area-ratio method
  (面積比率法, 技術情報 Appendix A). Thin sheathing boards (OSB) under a finish count as not there (技術情報 5.1.4).
• Framing in a layer. Specs: tick "Framing" on any layer; a side panel sets the wood, size (45×45), spacing (455),
  one way or grid, and its position in a thicker layer. The detail, sections, quantities and the U use it.
• Reference line in build-ups. Choose the layer and top / centre / bottom (walls: outside / centre / inside). A
  live build-up detail redraws while you edit. The delete button is a trash icon.
• Quieter install. The website has one fixed file, SumiCAD-Installer.exe: it downloads the latest version and
  installs it.

Improved

• Wall insulation stops at the ceiling insulation. The wall frame stops at the eave beam (軒桁); the siding and the
  air gap stop under the soffit (軒天). Same rule in 3D, sections, the 矩計図 and the quantities.
• Vapour barrier (JIS A 6930) in the library, the templates, the Test project and the tutorials.
• Sloped ceiling hatch follows the slope; battens are square to the slope; layers end at the wall.
• Quantities › Group by Material: one line per material and thickness (m² of OSB, foam 60, foam 66…).
• Update banner on the Welcome window: full width, at the top, in the middle.
• Hardware: nail, screw and bolt counts not confirmed on the maker's catalogue now say "per manufacturer".

Fixed

• Wall painting: pick a colour, then paint; only the selected room's face changes.
• The CL-03 pattern on sloped ceilings is readable in black and white; CL-03 is on the permit roof / ceiling details.
• Exterior walls showed a grey U because of OSB.

Not in this version

• Studs and rafters are not drawn in 3D yet.
• 床倍率 and 許容応力度 are not complete.

されます。「今すぐ更新」か「作業を続ける」（SumiCAD を閉じるときに入ります）を選びます。

ファイルを開いたら確認してください： 根太レスの床（土台の上に構造用合板・フローリング、大引の間に断熱材）は、
基礎・土台・柱・梁の高さをそのまま保ち、合板を土台の上に載せます。そのため 1FL はフローリング＋合板の分
（15 + 24 で 39 mm）上がります。1FL と天井高を確認してください。

新機能

• 矩計図。 ドキュメント ▸ 矩計図：壁から約 900 mm 内側で、フーチングから屋根まで切ります。GL・BM からの高さ
  （未設定は灰色で「BM 未設定」）・FL・CH・勾配・取合いの注記を描きます。切断面の窓は残し、家具・階段・手すりは
  描きません。鉄筋は描きますが、引出し注記はありません。
• 構成から熱貫流率を計算。 屋根・天井・壁・床は公式の面積比率法（技術情報 付録A）で計算します。仕上げの下地の
  薄い面材（OSB）は無いものとみなします（技術情報 5.1.4）。
• 層の中の下地・間柱。 仕様：どの層でも「下地・間柱」にチェックすると、横のパネルで樹種・寸法（45×45）・間隔（455）・
  一方向か格子か・厚い層の中の位置を設定できます。詳細図・断面図・数量・熱貫流率に反映します。
• 構成の基準線。 層と上端・中心・下端（壁は外面・中心・内面）を選びます。編集中に構成の詳細図がすぐ更新されます。
  削除ボタンはごみ箱のアイコンです。
• インストールを簡単に。 ウェブサイトのファイルは SumiCAD-Installer.exe の 1 つだけで、最新版をダウンロードして

改善

• 壁の断熱は天井断熱で止まります。 壁の軸組は軒桁で、外装材と通気層は軒天の下で止まります。3D・断面図・矩計図・
  数量で同じ規則です。
• 防湿気密シート（JIS A 6930）をライブラリ・テンプレート・テストプロジェクト・チュートリアルに入れました。
• 勾配天井のハッチ は勾配に沿い、胴縁は勾配に直角、層は壁で止まります。
• 数量 › 材料別： 材料と厚さごとに 1 行（OSB・断熱材 60・断熱材 66 の m² など）。
• 更新のお知らせ はようこそ画面の上部中央に、横幅いっぱいで表示します。
• 金物： メーカーのカタログで確認していない釘・ビス・ボルトの本数は「メーカー仕様による」と表示します。

修正

• 壁ごとの塗装：色を選んでから塗ります。選んだ部屋の面だけが変わります。
• 勾配天井の CL-03 の模様は白黒でも読めます。CL-03 を申請図書の屋根・天井の詳細図に入れました。
• 外壁の熱貫流率が OSB のために灰色になっていました。

このバージョンに入っていないもの

SumiCAD 0.6.11 checks wind (令87条), checks the roof sway bracing and the 継手, rebuilds the quantities and the
estimate on one list, adds the 建具表 and a 日影図 to the permit set, and fixes the interior elevations under sloped
ceilings. Windows 10 / 11.
Like 0.6.0 it is Early Access: keep copies of important files; a qualified architect (建築士) checks every result.

Updating from 0.6.10: accept the update in SumiCAD (Help ▸ Check for updates), or run the installer. Files, firm,
prices, templates and autosaves stay as they are.

New

• Wind load (令87条). q = 0.6·E·V0² (告示1454). Rafters, purlins, ridge and outriggers get the short-term wind case
  (令82条) and the pull at their supports. Structure settings › Wind: type the site's V0, the terrain category and the
  rafter tie capacity. Empty = a grey "please confirm" row; V0 is never guessed.
• Sway bracing 振れ止め (令46条3項). Roof framing › Sway bracing: 小屋貫 27×150 (default), 桁行筋かい, by hand or
  none. Strut rows over 600 mm get them in 3D, on the 小屋伏図, the 軸組図 and in the quantities.
• 継手 check (令47条). Red when a joint leaves a piece on fewer than two supports; yellow when it sits in a span or is
  not staggered.
• Permit set: 建具表 and 日影図. The window and door schedules now go into the permit set. In fire zones the plans
  and the 建具表 mark the openings that must be 防火設備. A new 日影図 uses the hours of 別表第4.
• Permit rules: snow outside Hokkaido is a grey row until you type it; roof pitch below the roofing's minimum is
  yellow; rot proofing (令49条) prints on the 仕様書; contact pressure above the soil's value is red.
• Kitchen detail sheet. The kitchen plan cut to the cabinets plus 2 m, with the elevations on the same A3 page. The
  kitchen drawings are in the A set. The kitchen order list is in the internal "Estimate (prices)" set only: never ticked
  by default, and an export asks first.
• Publisher: "Reviewed by the architect — hide the design-aid notes". One tick box removes the design-aid note from
  every sheet.
• Long tables flow. A narrow table that is too long splits into columns on the same sheet; a wide one continues on
  the next sheet "(1/2)", with the header repeated (room finishes, 使用建築材料表, 採光・換気).
• AI connection (MCP): every change answers with what it created, changed or deleted and the checks it broke or
  fixed. The guide starts with the Japanese building sequence (敷地 → 確認申請), 16 steps.

Improved

• Quantities screen: group by Trade, Material, Floor or Room; each row shows its sources; a click selects them.
• Estimate: priced from the same rows as the quantities, one price per material (balconies, railings, foundation
  insulation, room finishes now included).
• Roof and ceiling insulation: the insulation details (P.62) and the energy aid (P.59) use the build-ups the house
  really uses: 天井断熱 with an uninsulated, ventilated roof above, or 屋根断熱.
• Foundation profiles: the drawing stays docked beside the rebar controls; zoom, pan, fit.
• Top tool strip scrolls left and right with the wheel. Roof framing and the other Info Box pop-ups stay open
  while you edit.
• Hardware pictures redrawn, one per product. The 告示1460 letters い〜ぬ stay in kana in English too.
• Plates past the gable: whole length, or an end piece only (to a post ≥ 910 or ≥ 1,820 inside).
• Wall finish per wall: one compact row of colours; colour 1 is the room's finish.

Fixed

• Interior elevations under a sloped ceiling were cut flat at the top; they now follow the ceiling line.
• LIXIL regular-size sliding doors from the tool kept the wrong fit (half the passage). Existing doors: set Info Box ›
  Sliding fit again.
• A slab with a ceiling build-up was drawn twice in 3D; railings: bottom rail counted, steel rail colour in 3D.
• Open-deck balconies: no waterproofing, frame and boards counted.

Not in this version

• Tables of the floor-area, ground and structure sheets do not flow yet. The 令135条の12 height relief of the 日影図 is
  not applied. Wind on 小屋梁 / 桁 and the eave underside is not checked yet. Check the nail and bolt counts of the
  hardware pictures against the maker's catalogue.

• 風圧力（令87条）。 q = 0.6·E·V0²（告示1454）。垂木・母屋・棟木・腕木に短期の風荷重（令82条）と支点の引抜きを
  検討します。構造設定 › 風 で、敷地の V0・地表面粗度区分・垂木留め金物の耐力を入力します。未入力は灰色の
  「要確認」で、V0 を推測で入れることはありません。
• 振れ止め（令46条3項）。 小屋組 › 振れ止め：小屋貫 27×150（既定）・桁行筋かい・手動・なし。600 mm を超える
  小屋束の列に、3D・小屋伏図・軸組図・数量で入ります。
• 継手の検討（令47条）。 支点が 2 つ未満になる継手は赤、スパンの中や千鳥でない継手は黄色です。
• 確認申請図書：建具表と日影図。 建具表を申請図書に入れました。防火地域等では、防火設備とすべき開口部を
  平面図と建具表に表示します。日影図（別表第4 の時間）を新設しました。
• 申請の規定： 北海道以外の積雪は入力まで灰色、屋根材の最小勾配未満は黄色、防腐・防蟻（令49条）を仕様書に記載、
  地耐力を超える接地圧は赤です。
• キッチン詳細図。 キャビネットの周り 2 m で切った平面図と展開図を A3 1 枚にまとめました。キッチンの図面は
  A 図面セットに入ります。キッチンの発注リストは社内用の「見積（単価）」セットだけに入り、既定では選ばれず、
  書き出しの前に確認します。
• 発行：「建築士確認済み — 設計補助資料の注記を表示しない」。 1 つのチェックで全図面の注記を消せます。
• 長い表の送り。 幅が半分以下の表は同じ図面で段組みに、広い表は次の図面「(1/2)」へ続き、見出し行を繰り返します
  （室内仕上表・使用建築材料表・採光・換気）。
• AI 接続（MCP）： 変更のたびに、作成・変更・削除したものと、検討の結果の変化を返します。ガイドは日本の
  建築の流れ（敷地 → 確認申請）16 段階から始まります。

改善

• 数量画面： 工種・材料・階・部屋でまとめられ、各行の元の要素が見え、クリックで選択できます。
• 見積： 数量と同じ行から 1 材料 1 単価で計算します（バルコニー・手すり・基礎断熱・室内仕上げを含む）。
• 屋根・天井の断熱： 断熱仕様図（P.62）と省エネ計算補助（P.59）は、実際に使う構成を使います（天井断熱で
  屋根は非断熱・小屋裏換気、または屋根断熱）。
• 基礎型式： 図が配筋の入力の横に常に表示され、拡大・移動・全体表示ができます。
• 上部のツール帯 はホイールで左右にスクロールします。小屋組などの情報ボックスのポップアップ は編集中も
  開いたままです。
• 金物の図 を製品ごとに描き直しました。告示1460 の記号 い〜ぬ は英語表示でもかなのままです。
• 妻側に出る桁： 全長、または端部材のみ（内側 910 以上・1,820 以上の柱まで）。
• 壁ごとの仕上げ： 色を 1 行にまとめ、色 1 は部屋の仕上げです。

修正

• 勾配天井の部屋の展開図が上で平らに切れていました。天井の線に沿うようにしました。
• LIXIL 規格サイズの引戸が、ツールから置くと通路幅が半分になっていました。既存の引戸は、情報ボックス ›
  片引戸の納まり を選び直してください。
• 天井構成を持つスラブが 3D で 2 重に描かれていました。手すり：下桟を数量に、スチール丸手すりの 3D の色を修正。
• 開放型バルコニー：防水なし、架構とデッキ材を数量に。

このバージョンに入っていないもの

• 床面積・地盤・構造の図面の表はまだ送られません。日影図の 令135条の12 の緩和は未対応です。小屋梁・桁と軒裏の
  風圧はまだ検討しません。金物の図の釘・ボルトの本数はメーカーのカタログでご確認ください。

SumiCAD 0.6.10 finishes the per-wall wall finishes, gives the foundation section a window of its own to zoom into,
and puts the boards a stem actually takes in the insulation list. Windows 10 / 11.
Like 0.6.0 it is Early Access: keep copies of important files; a qualified architect (建築士) checks every result.

New

• The foundation section and the rebar zoom open in a window of their own. Open large ⤢ under the two schematics
  of the Foundation profiles panel opens a resizable Foundation detail window: the wheel zooms about the pointer from
  40 % to 2,400 %, a drag pans, Fit or a double-click shows the whole drawing again, and the Section / Bars chips
  switch between the section and the bars alone. The section solves its scale for the whole window, so the dimension
  numbers stay readable while the fields sit beside it — and it can be dragged to a second screen.
• The stem insulation list is XPS only, and the library gained カネライトフォーム TYPE II and TYPE III. Glass wool
  soaks up water against the ground and phenolic foam (ネオマ) is a wall / roof board, so the Material select of the
  基礎断熱 rows no longer offers them: it lists the project's extruded polystyrene boards, offers any XPS board you added
  yourself, and a profile that already holds another material keeps it at the top instead of showing a blank. The two
  new boards sit beside the plain XPS with the same λ 0.028 — check the maker's sheet for the compressive strength and
  the current λ.

Improved

• Wall finishes per wall: the controls are a menu on the Wall finish row, the colour groups sit directly under it, and
  a new group starts on the room's own finish. The split icon now has a ▾ menu holding Paint the walls one by one…
  / Stop painting the walls, Add a colour group +, one row per group to make it the current one, and One finish for all walls; the old "Wall finish groups" row below the Ceiling finish is gone, and the groups are listed between the
  Wall finish and the Ceiling finish rows. That is also the 3D fix: a new group was created with no finish, and "no
  finish" means "keep the room's", so painting a wall changed nothing you could see. A group now starts on the room's
  finish, so a painted wall really switches that face's material and colour in the 3D, in the sections and in the
  elevations, and the row shows the finish instead of "— not from the library —".

• 基礎断面と配筋の拡大図を、独立したウィンドウで開けます。 基礎型式パネルの 2 つの図の下の Open large ⤢ で、
  大きさを変えられる Foundation detail ウィンドウが開きます。ホイールでポインタを中心に 40 % 〜 2,400 % まで
  拡大、ドラッグで移動、Fit（またはダブルクリック）で全体表示、Section / Bars の切り替えで断面と配筋だけの図を
  行き来できます。断面はウィンドウの大きさに合わせて縮尺を決めるので、値を編集しながらでも寸法数字が読めます。
  2 台目の画面へ移すこともできます。
• 立ち上がりの断熱材は XPS だけを選べるようになり、ライブラリに カネライトフォーム TYPE II・TYPE III が加わりました。
  グラスウールは地中で水を吸い、ネオマ（フェノールフォーム）は壁・屋根用のため、基礎断熱の「材質」の選択肢から

• 壁ごとの壁仕上げ：操作は「壁仕上げ」の行のメニューにまとまり、色グループはその真下に並び、新しいグループは
  部屋の仕上げから始まります。 分割アイコンの横の ▾ メニューに「壁を1面ずつ塗る…／壁を塗るのをやめる」
  「色グループを追加＋」「グループごとの行（現在のグループの指定）」「すべての壁を1つの仕上げに」が入り、
  天井仕上げの下にあった「壁仕上げのグループ」の行はなくなりました。グループは壁仕上げと天井仕上げの行の間に
  並びます。これで 3D も直ります： 新しいグループは仕上げが空のまま作られ、「空」は「部屋の仕上げのまま」を
  意味していたため、壁を塗っても見た目が変わりませんでした。グループが部屋の仕上げから始まるようになったので、
  塗った壁は 3D・断面図・立面図でその材質と色に切り替わり、行にも「— ライブラリにありません —」ではなく実際の
  仕上げが表示されます。

• Interior elevations, end to end: Document ▸ Interior elevations (or the Toolbox tool) scans the rooms and adds an
  Interior elevations 展開図 group to the Navigator — one row per room with its four sides A–D, each side drawn from
  the floor finish top to the ceiling (a 勾配天井 shows its underside), with the openings, the floor line and the ceiling
  line, in the colour of the wall's finish. Four sides go in a row on an A.15 sheet when the room is small enough,
  otherwise two rows of two, and two rooms share a page when they fit.
• Wall finishes per wall inside one room: the room's Wall finish row has a split button; click the walls in the plan
  to paint them in a colour group (blue, green, orange, purple, red), each with its own finish. The 3D, the sections and
  the elevations paint each wall in its group's finish.
• The foundation profile editor draws the section and the rebar as you edit — the strip footing section as the A.06
  sheet draws it, and a zoom of the bars alone, both rebuilt on every change. + Horizontal bar adds a bar (腹筋) on
  the stem with its diameter and its distance from the main top or bottom bar, and it reaches the rebar schedule, the
  section drawings, the quantities and the checks.
• The rest of 0.6.8 is in the 0.6.8 notes below: balconies with no waterproofing (an open deck), a railing's own
  materials and wire infill, a slab's ceiling build-up, Ctrl + drag copying, the reference line as three icons, the 52

• The modelling guide an AI agent reads (MCP guide) now teaches how a Japanese timber house is built. start is
  the building order — site, 910 grid, levels, one plan pass (walls, doors and windows, rooms, floors), stairs, roof,
  foundation, structure, MEP, sheets — and says why each step waits for the one before it. Two new topics:
  module (1 尺 = 303 mm, 910 / 455 / 1,820, 通り芯 on the post centres, and what Core / Outside / Inside means for a
  wall's reference line) and levels (GL, 基礎天端, 土台, FL +500, FL to FL, CH 2,400, 軒高, 棟高, and 令21条's
  2,100 mm above the finished floor).
• A law topic: how to read a citation, where the text itself lives (e-Gov 法令API for the 法 and the 令,
  国土交通省 and 官報 for the 告示), what the app does not check, and a table of all 157 check findings with their
  level and the article each cites — generated from the check code, so the guide and the checks cannot disagree.
• The guide's other titles follow the new numbering (they said "Step 3" … "Step 12" of the old order, which put the
  structure check before the foundation).

• 展開図（内観立面図）を一通り： 文書 ▸「展開図」で部屋を拾い、ナビゲータに Interior elevations 展開図 の
  グループが増えます。部屋ごとに 1 行、4 面 A〜D が並び、各面は床仕上げの天端から天井（勾配天井はその下面）まで、
  開口・床のライン・天井のラインを入れて、壁の仕上げの色で描きます。部屋が小さければ 4 面を A.15 のシート 1 列に、
  入らなければ 2 列×2 段にし、2 部屋が 1 ページに収まれば同じページを共有します。

New

• Interior elevations, end to end: Document ▸ Interior elevations (or the Toolbox tool) scans the rooms and adds an
  Interior elevations 展開図 group to the Navigator — one row per room with its four sides A–D. Each side is drawn
  from the floor finish top to the ceiling (a 勾配天井 shows its underside), with the openings, the floor line and the
  ceiling line, in the colour of the wall's finish. The sides go on one A.15 sheet group: four in a row when the room is
  small enough (A3, 1:50), otherwise two rows of two, and two rooms share a page when they fit.
• Wall finishes per wall inside one room: the room's Wall finish row has a split button; click the walls in the plan
  to paint them in a colour group (blue, green, orange, purple, red), each group with its own finish. One finish for
  all walls merges them again, and a wall in no group keeps the room's finish. The 3D, the sections and the elevations
  paint each wall in its group's finish.
• The foundation profile editor draws the section and the rebar as you edit — the strip footing section exactly as
  the A.06 sheet draws it, and a zoom of the bars alone, both rebuilt on every change. + Horizontal bar adds a bar
  (腹筋) on the stem with its diameter and its distance from the stem's main top or bottom bar; it reaches the rebar
  schedule, the section drawings, the quantities and the checks.
• Balconies with no waterproofing — an open deck: set Waterproofing to "No waterproofing" and the balcony becomes a
  plain deck: 150 × 45 boards with a 5 mm gap and two bevelled top edges, laid on a 910 frame (210 deep, 105 at the
  edges, 45 for the mid frames). No membrane, no slope, no upstand, no drain, no overflow, no heater — the rain runs
  through the boards — and the checks say so. The board width, thickness, gap, frame pitch and sizes are all yours.
• A railing's own materials and wire infill: posts, top rail and infill each take a material from the surface list
  (wood, larch, steel, aluminium only), and a wire infill has its gauge and spacing (110 mm by default).
• A slab can carry a ceiling build-up: the slab's build-up list offers the ceilings too, so a recessed ceiling can be
  drawn as a slab with the same build-ups as the Ceiling tool.
• Ctrl + drag copies: hold Ctrl while dragging a selected element — the originals stay and the copy lands where you
  drop it, selected. A wall's openings come with it. One undo step. (Ctrl no longer locks a whole-element drag to an
  axis; Shift still steps in 45°. A node, edge or road-point drag keeps its Ctrl constraint.)
• Recent and Recent from cloud: File ▸ Recent is a submenu now, and File ▸ Recent from cloud lists the cloud
  projects you opened, so the source of a project is obvious before it opens.
• The reference line as icons: Outside / Core / Inside are three small wall sections with the line at the outside
  face, the core or the inside face; the words come on hover.

Fixed

• A wall that starts above the floor (a clerestory band at +2,200) no longer cuts a hole in the floor slab, and no
  longer cuts a notch through the wall it meets: the floor is cut only by the walls standing on it, and a high wall
  abuts its neighbour instead of joining it.
• Unit bath: the bath door opens into the bath again.
• Downlights over a terrace: a light that sits above a room's ceiling no longer has its light cut off at that room's
  edge. A light on the ceiling still snaps to it and is clipped to the room, as before.
• Snow on indoor handrails: a railing that stands inside a room, and a stair handrail, no longer carry snow in the
  winter views.
• Railing materials can be picked again: the two material rows of a railing were dead drop-downs and a pick never
  reached the model.
• Roofs in elevations: the roof was drawn as a grille of rafter lines over its own layers; the frame now paints
  under the covering, so an elevation shows the roof as a surface. A section still cuts the rafters.
• A 0.2 mm galvanised sheet in a roof build-up no longer shimmers over the layer under it: every layer is drawn at
  least 1 mm thick, the thickest layer giving the difference back, so the roof keeps its thickness.
• Edit profiles… opens the Foundation profiles panel again (it was pointing at a panel that did not exist).

Improved

• Sections and elevations build faster: the open deck no longer clips each board against the balcony outline (30-odd
  clipping runs per balcony), so a drawing that cuts the scene is quicker to open and to update.

0.6.7 からの更新： SumiCAD の更新案内から、またはインストーラーで上書きします。ファイル・事務所情報・単価・テンプレート・自動保存はそのまま残ります。

新機能

• 展開図（内観立面図）を一通り： 文書 ▸「展開図」で部屋を拾い、ナビゲータに Interior elevations 展開図 のグループが増えます。部屋ごとに 1 行、4 面 A〜D が並びます。各面は床仕上げの天端から天井（勾配天井はその下面）まで、開口・床のライン・天井のラインを入れて描き、壁の仕上げの色で塗ります。4 面は A.15 のシート 1 組に入り、部屋が小さければ 4 面を 1 列（A3・1:50）、入らなければ 2 列×2 段になり、2 部屋が 1 ページに収まれば同じページを共有します。
• 1 つの部屋の中で壁ごとに仕上げを変える： 部屋の「壁仕上げ」の行に分割ボタンが付きます。平面で壁をクリックすると色のグループ（青・緑・橙・紫・赤）に塗られ、グループごとに仕上げを選べます。「すべての壁を 1 つの仕上げに」で元に戻り、どのグループにも入っていない壁は部屋の仕上げのままです。3D・断面図・立面図も、その壁だけグループの仕上げで描かれます。
• 基礎の編集画面が断面と配筋をその場で描きます： 基礎断面図（A.06 と同じ描き方）と、鉄筋だけを拡大した図を並べ、値を変えるたびに描き直します。＋ 水平筋 は、柱部分（立ち上がり）に腹筋を 1 本足し、径と、上端筋・下端筋のどちらからの距離かを決められます。配筋表・断面図・数量・チェックにも反映されます。
• 防水なしのバルコニー（オープンデッキ）： 防水を「防水なし」にすると、バルコニーは素のデッキになります。幅 150 × 厚 45 の板を 5 mm の隙間と上面 2 面の面取り付きで、910 ピッチの枠（せい 210、端部 105、中間 45）の上に並べます。防水層・水勾配・立上り・ドレン・オーバーフロー・凍結防止ヒーターはなく、雨は板の間から抜けます（チェックもその旨を表示します）。板の幅・厚さ・隙間・枠のピッチと寸法はすべて変更できます。
• 手すりの部材ごとの材質とワイヤー充填： 柱・上枠・充填部それぞれに材質を選べます（木材・ラーチ・鉄・アルミのみ）。ワイヤーの径と間隔（既定 110 mm）も設定できます。
• スラブに天井の構成を適用： スラブの構成の一覧に天井の構成も出るようになりました。天井ツールと同じ構成で、下がった天井（折上げ天井）をスラブとして描けます。
• Ctrl + ドラッグで複写： 選択した要素を Ctrl を押しながらドラッグすると、元はそのままに、ドロップした位置へ複写が置かれ、複写が選択されます。壁の開口も一緒に付いてきます。元に戻すのは 1 回です（Ctrl は要素全体のドラッグを軸に固定しなくなりました。45° 刻みは Shift のまま。節点・辺・道路点のドラッグでは従来どおり Ctrl が効きます）。
• 最近使ったファイルとクラウド： ファイル ▸「最近使った」がサブメニューになり、その下に「クラウドの最近」が並びます。開く前に、そのプロジェクトがどこにあるか分かります。
• 基準線をアイコンで： 「外側／芯／内側」が、壁の断面に基準線を引いた 3 つの小さなアイコンになりました。文字はホバーで出ます。
• ツールボックスのアイコンを一新： 道具・構造・図面・敷地・設備の 52 個のアイコンを同じ画風に描き直しました。

修正

• 床より上から始まる壁： 高さ +2,200 から始まる腰壁のような壁が、床スラブに穴を開けたり、接する壁を切り欠いたりしなくなりました。床を切るのは床に立つ壁だけになり、高い壁は隣の壁に取り付くだけで切込みません。
• ユニットバス： 浴室内開きのドアが、また浴室側へ開くようになりました。
• テラス上のダウンライト： 部屋の天井より上にある照明は、その部屋の端で光が切られなくなりました。天井に付く照明は従来どおり天井に吸着し、部屋の範囲で切られます。
• 屋内の手すりに雪： 室内に立つ手すりと階段の手すりに、冬の表示で雪が積もらなくなりました。
• 手すりの材質を選べるように： 手すりの 2 つの材質欄が反応しないドロップダウンで、選んでもモデルに反映されませんでした。
• 立面図の屋根： 屋根の上に垂木の線が格子状に重なって描かれていました。架構は屋根の下に描くようになり、立面図では屋根が面として出ます（断面図では従来どおり垂木を切って描きます）。
• 屋根構成の 0.2 mm のガルバリウム： 下の層との間でちらつかなくなりました。どの層も最低 1 mm の厚みで描き、厚い層が差を戻すので、屋根の厚みは変わりません。
• 「構成を編集…」： 基礎の構成パネルが開くようになりました（存在しないパネルを指していました）。

改善

• 断面図・立面図が速く： オープンデッキで板 1 枚ごとにバルコニーの外形でクリップしていた処理（バルコニー 1 台あたり 30 回余り）をやめたので、シーンを切る図面を開くのも更新するのも速くなりました。

SumiCAD 0.6.7 is a small update to 0.6.6 for roof and wall framing. Windows 10 / 11. Like 0.6.0 it is Early Access:
keep copies of important files; a qualified architect (建築士) checks every result.

Updating from 0.6.6: accept the update in SumiCAD (or run the installer). It installs in place; your files, firm,
prices, templates and autosaves stay as they are.

Fixed

• Windows stay clickable: in 0.6.6 a window such as "Save changes?" could end up under its grey background (for
  example after clicking the close button of SumiCAD), so Save, Don't save and Cancel could not be clicked. It always
  stays on top now. (In 0.6.6, press Enter to save or Esc to cancel.)
• Real beams stay whole in the Structure 3D: a belt ticked "Real beam" (or a gable beam 妻梁) is no longer cut by the
  posts. The posts stop under it and a new post stands on it, also the corner posts and the "no post below" posts; only a
  through post 通し柱 stays whole. A belt that is not a real beam (胴つなぎ) still fits between the posts and is cut around
  the braces, as the law asks (令45条4項).
• Wall plate ends past the gable: the wall plates that run on past the gable to the roof edge now show under the
  overhang in the 3D, the renders and the elevations, like the purlin ends.
• Doma slabs on the foundation plan: every doma room now shows on the foundation plan as hatched concrete with its
  top level from GL and from the floor level and its thickness, for example "Doma slab top GL+356 (1FL−144) · t=150".

Improved

• Purlin sizes › All the same: the wall plates that run on past the gable also get the purlin depth, along their
  whole length (their own width; only when the plate is sized by the beam check), so every member end under the gable
  has the same size. A deeper plate comes lower in the wall: the checks warn you if it meets a window.
• Doma on the stem top: a doma's concrete top (before the finish) follows the foundation stem top unless you typed
  its level, now also without the timber frame (it follows the drawn stems); before, it took a fixed 1FL−144.

• ウィンドウが押せなくなる問題： 0.6.6 では「変更を保存しますか？」などのウィンドウが灰色の背景の下になり（SumiCAD の閉じるボタンを押したときなど）、保存・保存しない・キャンセルを押せないことがありました。常に手前に表示されるようになりました（0.6.6 では Enter で保存、Esc でキャンセルできます）。
• 構造 3D で横架材が途切れない： 「横架材」にチェックした胴つなぎ（または妻梁）が柱で切られなくなりました。柱はその下で止まり、上に新しい柱が立ちます（隅の柱や「下に柱なし」の柱も同じ）。通し柱だけはそのまま通ります。横架材でない胴つなぎは、これまでどおり柱の間に納まり、筋かいの所で切り欠かれます（令45条4項）。
• 妻側に出る桁の鼻： 妻壁より外へ屋根の端まで延びる桁が、母屋の鼻と同じように 3D・レンダリング・立面図で軒裏の下に見えるようになりました。
• 基礎伏図に土間コン： すべての土間の部屋が基礎伏図に、ハッチングした土間コンクリートとして、GL と床高さからの天端と厚さつきで表示されます（例「土間コン 天端 GL+356（1FL−144）· t=150」）。

改善

• 母屋の寸法 ›「すべて同じ（最大）」： 妻側に出る桁も、全長にわたって母屋と同じせいになります（幅は桁のまま。桁を梁の検定で寸法を決める場合のみ）。妻側に見える部材の端がすべて同じ寸法にそろいます。桁が深くなると壁の中で下がるので、窓と当たる場合はチェックが知らせます。
• 土間は立上り天端に： 土間コンクリートの天端（仕上げ前）は、高さを入力しない限り基礎立上りの天端に追従します。軸組がオフでも、描いた基礎の立上りに追従するようになりました（以前は 1FL−144 の固定値）。

First start / 初回起動

SumiCAD is not code-signed yet, so Windows and macOS warn the first time. This is expected.
SumiCAD はまだコード署名されていないため、初回のみ Windows と macOS で警告が表示されます。問題ありません。

• Windows — SmartScreen may say "Windows protected your PC": click More info › Run anyway.
  SmartScreen に「Windows によって PC が保護されました」と表示された場合は、詳細情報 › 実行 をクリックしてください。

Later: code signing (Apple Developer ID + notarisation for macOS; a code-signing certificate or Azure Trusted Signing for Windows) will remove these warnings.
今後、コード署名（macOS: Apple Developer ID と公証、Windows: コード署名証明書または Azure Trusted Signing）に対応すると、これらの警告は表示されなくなります。
