This release changes two defaults of the camera model to match the ESIS cameras.

• Read noise: TeledyneCCD230.readout_noise now defaults to 10.5 e⁻ instead of 4 e⁻. The old default matched the noise measured on the ESIS-I cameras in DN, not in electrons. The new one is the quadrature mean over the sixteen taps of SN6, SN7, SN9 and SN10, tested at MSFC in July 2017. Anything that relies on the default now gets about 2.6 times more read noise.
• Minimum exposure: Camera.timedelta_exposure_min now defaults to 1.2 s instead of 2 s, the exposure ESIS-II plans to use.
