v0.3.1
utu.spectrum
Makes utu.spectrum work with uncertain spectra under named-arrays 2.14.0, which sorts and masks uncertain arrays sample by sample (#12).
lines()sorts by the nominal intensity. Every line keeps one place in every sample, so its wavelength and ion stay certain and its intensity keeps its full uncertainty. An individual sample may therefore not be brightest-first. Under named-arrays 2.14, the old sort put the lines in a different order in each sample whenever the uncertainty of the intensity differed between temperatures, as it does for an uncertain DEM, which made the wavelength and ion labels uncertain. A certain intensity is sorted as before.stem()draws uncertain spectra. It draws the spectrum, wavelengths included, at its nominal value, and picks the lines to label by their nominal intensity. Before, it couldn't draw an uncertain spectrum at all.stem()skips lines whose nominal intensity isn't finite, such as a line kept only by some samples of an uncertain threshold, which named-arrays 2.14 pads with NaN. These used to crash the axis limits.
