Fixes cli#281 — cold adopters now see the substrate version at the statusline instead of bassclef · ?.

What ships

  • bassclef init copies two files to ~/.claude/ — dispatcher at bassclef-statusline-dispatcher.sh and rich impl at bassclef-statusline.sh.
  • Migration from cli ≤ v1.9.6 lands without --force — legacy dispatcher gets replaced by rich impl via isLegacyDispatcher check; legacy statusLine command in settings.json migrates via isLegacyStatuslineCommand check.
  • 7 new Tier 0 rich-impl assertions (RED-first Beck TDD).
