The current documentation is for pre google_sign_in v7.0

The documentation is updated to use the new methods.
Additional context
I've not run this code, because I don't have the whole cloud setup ready to run this. The official example works more with streams and better error handling. But that all depends on the exact use case. So I think having this small example on how to get the required values idToken and accessToken should be fine.
