FYI:

1. MVP release
2. lint+prettier time decreased for this repo locally from 7.42s to 45ms (~160X speed), CPU is Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 155H × 22
3. biome placed in root because of strange behaviour as package (ignored includes settings)
4. Config for linter was get from Shipper TMS web (installed in shipper-tms-repo and biome migrate)
