Everything else this bundle's README describes is still aspirational
-- this is the first actual code. Turns SurvosExhibitBundle from an
empty AbstractBundle marker class into a real
Survos\Kit\AbstractSurvosBundle (kit-bundle's src/Controller
auto-registration + HasConfigurableRoutes, same convention
folio-bundle uses), and adds:

- StoryFinder: scans every dataset known to FolioRegistry for a
  norm/story.jsonl (md's provider:curatescape:story-normalize output
  today), no caching/index -- real story counts are small enough that
  a full scan per request is the right amount of engineering for now.
- StoryController: GET /stories (condensed list) and GET /stories/{id}
  (full story.v1 document), routes prefixed by the bundle's own
  configurable route_prefix (default /stories).

First real consumer: survos-sites/sos#6's rut app needs this to fetch
its available-tours list dynamically instead of a hardcoded PHP
source array (TourForgeSyncService::SOURCES).
