add github releases

Interesting. The others just use changesets as well. I wonder if the config differs somehow

I had this problem in the past and solved it by adding this && changeset tag to the publish command.

Although there is nothing like this in the svelte or kit repos. That's what makes me wondering

Sleeping over it at night, this is probably because our release pipeline is failing because of #147. Once that's done i think we should be good to go here.
