When are we going to publish the docs? I assumed shortly before / after summit? That would mean we should remove the community adder from the docs as well for the time being

I think we can wait on the docs as there's not a big rush there and lots to figure out: sveltejs/svelte.dev#293 (comment)

The one thing I would like to do immediately post-launch is update the homepage and docs to recommend sv instead of create-svelte and svelte-add
