This adds a tool that allows the LLM to create a Svelte playground with a given set of files...this can be useful to quickly test if the solution it provided actually works.
I've also modified the prompt to tell the LLM to use it once the code is completed, unless they are writing to a file already (i feel like that would be wasteful and annoying otherwise).
