Colors used in the Svelte docs are unusable for colorblind people #873

I was going through the Svelte 5 migration guide today, and it uses a diff format to show what's changed, like this:

These colors look the same to me. About eight percent of men are red/green colorblind, so it's not like it's only affecting a handful of people. Can other colors be used instead please? These are good colors, coming from SourceTree:

The added - and + also really help a lot.

The colors on GitHub are only slightly better than what the Svelte site uses. Please don't use those colors 😅

It would really help a LOT if the colors on the Svelte docs could be changed, because right now I am having an extremely hard time making sense of the migration guide and its diffs.
