* remove scala references from the java client pom template files. * regenerate the petstore sample pom.xml, verify they can build properly.

Since the java client jars do not need to use scala for anything, the generated poms doe not need to load scala dependencies, or have scala version number, or special scala build targets.
Having them in the pom actually created problems while playing around with scala 2.11.2 for a variety of reasons.
