Several vehicle-related functions were remade.
Fixed thing debug HUD crash when crashing vehicle is selected.
Introduced more research-related rules.ini settings.
Cleanup of the assembly code - unused functions were removed, some modules were separated from main blob.
A flag now controls whether a weapon can be purchased (rather than hard-coded weapon list).
Fixed lights from fire being misplaced near map border.

Weapons sprite fixes, which do not affect weapons available to players.
Also removed a lot of assembly code, which has no effect on players as well.
From visible changes, an issue where map ground could be shifted by one tile to all objects was fixed.
