Proposal to bring the
demangle()function into theRuntimemodule.This has been a long requested feature, dating back all the way to 2019 when @Azoy had a pitch but we never got to proposal phase.
Currently, we're seeing another wave of tools which need the demangle function (e.g. swift-parca), and end up calling directly into the runtime. Since we have the
Runtimemodule, it feels like a great fit to expose this functionality now there.
