I'm keeping AnyValue.h around, since it has some useful overloads of hash_value() and simple_display() that don't have a good home at this time.

We've decided we don't want these sitting around in the code base since they're not currently used. If we do decide we need them in the future -- for example if we want to re-implement the evaluator cache as a heterogenous map with small-value optimizations -- we can bring them back.
