Only the root archetype is a OpaqueTypeArchetypeType; the nested types are
NestedArchetypeType. Use the correct predicate here.
Also remove a dead check in tuple lowering; the
isa<OpaqueTypeArchetypeType>()
check is dominated by isTypeParameterOrOpaqueArchetype() which is always
true if
isa<OpaqueTypeArchetypeType>()
