If TypeRefVisitor<DemanglingForTypeRef, Demangle,NodePointer>::visit returns nullptr, we should pass it through. The callers of TypeRef::getDemangling() are already prepared to cope with nullptr returns, so this should be fine and avoids hitting an assertion failure in that case.
