Remove the E2ETests from the test suites.
Create a special test-swiftly tool that runs E2E tests on a fresh system.
Upload both the swiftly release and the test-swiftly tool as artifacts of CI
and set up matrix stage to use those two on a fresh system to test E2E
on Linux with different shells (bash, zsh, and fish).
