This PR changes
ToolchainSelectorparsing to now accept inputs such as5.7-SNAPSHOTormain-SNAPSHOT. I opted not to addswift-SNAPSHOTas an alternative formain-snapshotsince it would be another set of words we'd be accepting, whereasmain-SNAPSHOTis only a difference of capitalization from the existingmain-snapshot.
