✨ New: Paste-as-Markdown

• Pasting rich clipboard content (text/html) now converts to clean Markdown — never live HTML in your buffer, never throws.
• Pasted/dropped images upload as portable vault assets (.assets/…) with a single-undo uploading-… placeholder, so typing mid-upload can't corrupt offsets.

🐞 Fixed

• Blank window on launch (v0.6.0/v0.6.1) — the production bundler split CodeMirror into two circular chunks, throwing at load so the app opened empty. All CodeMirror packages now ship in one chunk. If you downloaded v0.6.1, please re-download v0.6.2.
• Note numbering reuses freed numbers — create Untitled-1…5, trash them, and the next notes start at Untitled-1 again instead of Untitled-6. Same for New Folder N. Restoring from Trash auto-suffixes ( - 2) on collision instead of duplicating.
• Closing a tab no longer trashes vault files — the tab drops, the file stays on disk, Trash stays empty. Unsaved local notes still close into Trash as a safety net.
• External edits no longer vanish — the watcher compared timestamps before content hashes, silently swallowing edits made right after a save. It now decides purely on content hash: same bytes = quiet echo, new bytes = reload or conflict banner.
• Vault sync survives vault switching — closing a vault tore down the watcher listener but left the started-guard set, so the next vault stayed deaf to external changes. Both are now reset together.
