Use the same echo server pattern that's implemented for testing `instance start`, but make `%appstart foo` a string reversing echo server, so we can tell that we started the right thing. Fixes sylabs#1944

There is currently no e2e test that directly tests that the
instance start --app <appname>functionality, added in PR #1942 (cherry-pick of apptainer/apptainer#1125), works correctly.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
