Do you know if there is any DTD available for the CCV XML? The closest thing I could find is https://ccv-cvc-admin.ca/report/schema/dataset-en.html which isn't actually a DTD but could be used to help create one. If one isn't available, then perhaps we could make one that could at least partially validate the structure of the XML. I am using CCCVTK to import an CCV, and then export it after chaning some of the data. I want to make sure that what I am importing is a valid CCV, and then also verify that what I am exporting is also a valid CCV.

That's also the only info I could find about the CV's structure. You may
also want to look at constants.inc.php for the list of possible values
for each field.
