Request for 0.10 release

We use symengine in our Qiskit project and I find symengine/symengine#1901 causes a bug in our software stack (we do expression object round trip with sympy). This has been already fixed in the master branch but release has not been cut for a while. Could you please release next version or make patch release with above commit?

The released was tagged yesterday . I assume the PyPI package is around the corner.
