[Demo] Extend Demo with more Use-Cases

Currently the demo covers a couple of simple scenarios:

• Agentic RAG based on the Symfony Blog
• Plain Chat on top of a YouTube transcript
• Tool calling with Wikipedia
• Audio input & agent as tool
• Image description
• Real SSE streaming

But there are a lot of super awesome demos out there, that might be cool to adopt:
