Installation

This release contains the Android and Windows 11 packages
Online Editor is live at https://symptum.github.io/editor/

Android

  • Download and install the com.symptum.editor.dev_0.0.3.apk file from the "Assests" below.
  • If Google Play Protect shows a popup saying "App Scan Recommended", just click "Install Anyway".
  • Open and run the app after installation.

Windows 11

Downloading the package:

  • Ensure you have a 64-bit PC and Developer Mode enabled in Windows Settings.
  • Download the Symptum.Editor.Windows_x64_WinAppSDK_0.0.3.zip file from the "Assests".
  • Extract the zip file.

Install the certificate on the machine:

  • In the file explorer, right-click on the .msix file, then Show More Options on Windows 11, then Properties
  • Open the Digital signatures tab
  • Click on your certificate then Details
  • Click the View Certificate button
  • Click the Install Certificate button
  • Select Local Machine then Next
  • Click Place all certificates in the following store then Browse
  • Select Trusted People then OK
  • Click Next, then Finish
  • Close all the opened properties windows.

Install the .msix by double-clicking on it and run the app from start menu.
