Changes since v0.7.0-rc.76

  • A node that cannot announce channels (no node alias or listening addresses) now accepts incoming payments up to the full channel value instead of 10% of it. Only channels opened after the update get the new limit; existing channels keep 10% (#120).

No API changes.
