Fix broken ESM build

Node.js ESM requires explicit .js extensions on relative imports. v1.2.0 shipped with extensionless imports because tsconfig.build.json used moduleResolution: "bundler".

Changes

  • Switch tsconfig.build.json to module: "NodeNext" / moduleResolution: "NodeNext"
  • Add .js extensions to all 140+ relative imports in src/
  • Add moduleNameMapper to jest.config.cjs so ts-jest resolves .js imports in CJS test mode
