Newest scan result shows that we have two high risk vulnerabilities left:

  • golang crypto package should be upgraded from 0.31.0 to 0.35.0
  • golang oauth2 package should be upgraded from 0.12.0 to 0.27.0

In this PR golangci-lint version was upgraded from version 3.7.0 to version 6 which is compatible with newly upgraded go version to 1.23.7.
