Corrected

  • invalidate implementation evidence and completed health results when typed artifact-evidence translation semantics change
  • prevent pre-v1.18 semantic evidence from surviving translator revisions
  • update Modwire from 11.0.2 to 11.0.3 for corrected Python property and type projection

This release is the deployed-acceptance candidate for #253. The issue remains open until preserved-cache migration, project health, and timing gates pass on the released runtime.
