Performance

The pinned 2,823-file Transformers oracle now completes in a 19.350-second median, down from the 44.832-second baseline. Django completes in 6.160 seconds and Ansible in 4.731 seconds. The full nine-project Python, TypeScript, and PHP oracle passed repeated exact CodeMap equality.
