Add instructions on how to transfer this repo to a different GitHub org

Instructions:

1. Get a person that has settings-level access in the target GitHub organization
2. Get them to transfer the repo to the target GitHub organization
3. Invite them as a new member in the Mintlify's dashboard
4. Get them to setup the "GitHub App" integration for the moved repository under that organization
5. Check that a new manual deployment has been made after the move

Now, presence of that person in Mintlify's dashboard is no longer needed, and I believe he/she can be removed from the admin list if necessary.
