Date column widths are off at hours scale (in FF & IE)

Hi, there's an issue I'm having with it that might be related to #32, #48, #102. Commit 2666f30 didn't seem to work out.

Here's a jsfiddle for the issue http://jsfiddle.net/BvrR8/6/

You can see the right side data in Firefox and IE doesn't line up with the date. Chrome is fine. Also, the months don't line up with the days, or the data.

In case anyone stumbles across this and it's never resolved, I figured I'd post my hack to make the data more accurate.

This doesn't fix Months or Years (doesn't really matter out to about 2 years), and the data background grid is a bit off, but the days are accurate.

@belk, thanks for bringing this up, and for your research into the issue as well as your workaround.

The headers' alignment with the grid and with each other also looks a pixel off in Chrome for certain scales, so this is definitely something that should be looked into further. I think it has to do with the structure of the markup and certain false assumptions that are made in the CSS. I wonder if it will be fixed by #102 once it lands...

@belk Can you check the version from the develop branch and see if it fixes your original issue? (Please note: The minified JS has NOT YET been updated.)
