Publish The Hugo Book on the WWW via GitHub Pages using the docs/ folder on master branch.

  • Merge draft into master.
  • Activate GH Pages via docs/ folder on master branch.
  • Replace Live HTML Preview links with links to the new on-line book.
  • Create Git.io vanity URL: hugo-book.git.io.

Fix HTML Live Links

Replace all HTML preview links from pointing to htmlpreview.github.io
to pointing to the upcoming GitHub Pages website (see #44):
