First release — Codex desktop app research harness.

Workflow: hypothesis → literature → analysis (local R/Quarto) → manuscript, with a 지도교수(advisor) cross-verification skill.

• 7 Agent Skills: omr-start, omr-lit, omr-analyze, omr-write, omr-status, omr-doctor, omr-advisor
• 2 MCP servers: omr-scholar (Crossref/OpenAlex + dedup + BibTeX/CSL), omr-render (local R/Quarto, security boundary)
• Korean-default UX; ASCII machine tokens
• Idempotent self-healing installer (macOS/Windows), byte-safe uninstall, preserves existing Codex config & MCP servers
• examples/lecture: UCI datasets (Iris, Wine Quality, Auto MPG, Breast Cancer) with Korean teaching guides
• Verified: offline 71 pass / MCP 79 pass / live AC 64+ pass (codex+R+Quarto)

Requires: Codex desktop app, Python ≥3.10, R ≥4.2, Quarto ≥1.4, pandoc ≥3.1.
Install: clone, then bash install.sh (macOS) / install.ps1 (Windows). See README.
